Sidewall Conveyor Belts

Corrugated sidewall conveyor belt can be used in cooperation with corrugated sidewall conveyor, and its angle in use is commonly more than 30°。 It also could work together with the general conveying machine for the horizontal and short distance transportation. (No cleat generally)

The corrugated sidewall is vulcanized two times, and consists of base belt(its slot not more than 0.03) and sidewall and cleat(horizontal delivery needn’t use it).

Compare the secondary vulcanized technique with same kind of product which made by adhesive rubber technology, it has the advantages of high adhesive strength, good flexibility, no phenomenon of cracking or falling of sidewall and cleat in operation, and greatly prolong service life.
