 These are speciality conveyor belts used for materials handling in an inclined position so that the materials don’t slip down and reduce wastage

 Straight Ply Construction: The Carcass or Ply is laid out or spread in full width horizontally and the rubber cover is laid on it

 Step Ply Construction: The top cover thickness is increased in the middle of this by cutting the plies of the carcass from the side to form a step

 Then extra rubber is filled in the middle of the belt as more wear and tear happens in the middle part of the top cover

 Reverse Step Ply Construction: In this construction, more wear and tear happens at the bottom of the belt, therefore the bottom of the belt cover requires more thickne

 The belt is generally made of heat resistant grade

 Breaker Ply: In this case, Breaker Fabrics is used between the belt cover and plies to increase the bond or adhesion between the rubber cover and plie

 This can be usefully employed in belts which are subjected to high material impact

 Carcass: Belts are manufactured with Nylon/Nylon Fabric (NN); Cotton Fabric and Polyester/ Nylon

 Cotton belts are available from 3 to 8 plies in 28, 32, 36 oz fabric

 The all synthetic plies available from 2 to 6 plies or more designated as 200/2, 250/2 , 315/3, 400/3 etc. Base on the specification

 Rubber Cover: The rubber cover of the conveyor belts protects the carcass from abrasion, heat, oil and other damages We provide the rubber cover in the following Grades:

 M24 Grade: This is manufactured as per IS-Specification in the case of belts used for general purpose

 N 17 Grade: This is manufactured as per IS-Specification in the case of belts also used for general purpose

 HRT-1 Grade: This grade belt is used for conveyors operating up to 125 Degree Cheat resistant

 HRT-2 Grade: Super Resistant Grade rubber cover is used for conveyors operating up to 180 Degree C

 HRT-3: This is a special type of heat resistant rubber cover which can resist up to 250 Degree C of heat

 O H R Grade: This is a special type of conveyor belts which operates in oily , greasy and also heated condition

 F R Grade: This grade of belt is anti static and fire resistant used mostly in mining sector
